Homeless Man Indicted On Nashua Arson, Restraint, Domestic Violence Charges: Hillsborough County Indictments

Litchfield man faces welfare fraud charges; sex offender indicted for false info in Milford; homeless man indicted on Hudson rape charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Edwin Flores, 38, of East Hartford Avenue in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501-plus worth of merchandise from Polo Ralph Lauren at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall on Dec. 12, 2023.

Johnathan Gerald, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua, on arson, criminal restraint, three criminal restraint-domestic violence, reckless conduct-domestic violence, three reckless conduct, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon-non-firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of starting a fire at the Sullivan Terrace apartment complex on Tyler Street in Nashua on Nov. 23, 2025, putting several people in danger.

Shawn L. Grant, 47, of Auburn Street in Nashua, on a felony arson charge. He was accused of starting a fire at D&R Towing on Canal Street in Nashua, causing more than $1,000 in damage to a Toyota Tacoma owned by another person on Oct. 19, 2025.

Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on eight felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, alprazolam, methylphenidate, amphetamine, fentanyl, crack cocaine, crack cocaine-intent to sell, two cocaine-intent to sell, on Feb. 2, March 26, and July 21, 2025, in Hudson, and April 27 and July 17, 2025, in Nashua.

Natasha Jackson, 35, of Temple Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and amphetamine charges. The fentanyl charge was connected to an incident in Nashua between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31, 2025, while the amphetamine charge was from an incident on March 25, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Jackson was convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Roger Jones, 61, of Goffs Falls Road in Manchester, on duty to report and three providing false information charges, all felonies. A Tier III sex offender, he was accused of providing a false address of Nashua Street in Milford on Dec. 19, 2024, March 4 and March 12, 2025, when he did not live there. Jones was also accused of failing to register with Milford police on June 19, 2025. According to the state of New Hampshire, Jones is a sex offender due aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 and felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than four years charges in May 2003.

Donna Kelly, 51, of Maple Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and fentanyl, on Aug. 19, 2025, in Nashua.

Nathan Allan Ladue, 34, of Iroquois Road in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, alprazolam and cocaine, on May 15, 2025, in Hudson.

Jason Lambert, 38, of Chautauqua Avenue in Nashua, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Ferry Street in Hudson while intoxicated and causing an arm fracture to another person on Jan. 25, 2025.

Tyler Langill, 25, a homeless man now located in Hudson, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping another person in Hudson on March 31.

Scott Lansing, 30, of Stark Lane in Litchfield, on two felony public welfare-prohibited act charges. He was aided by Angelica Dunham to make false statements about employment and income to obtain SNAP benefits between Oct. 1, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2024, in Litchfield, according to the indictments.
