Obama Mask-Wearing Bank Robber Accused Of Threatening To Kill Officials: Merrimack County Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Deanna J. Fowler, 46, of Bay Road in Salisbury, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Dec. 13, 2025, in Franklin.

John Griffin, 65, incarcerated in Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of improper influence; threaten harm. He was accused of threatening to execute two women who were involved in a case prosecuting him by hanging or gunfire, stating, via filings in Merrimack County Superior Court, saying, “all options are on the table” and “perhaps I should exact JUSTICE in this matter” between Jan. 17 and March 10. Griffin is imprisoned on bank robbery and theft charges.

Joseph K. Haywood, 40, of Henriette Street in Manchester, on four forgery and four theft by deception felony charges. He was accused of cashing four forged checks belonging to Duprey Hotels, totaling $6,988, at banks in Concord on Oct. 30, 2025.

Andrea L. Ingemi, 40, a transient now located in Northfield, on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Northfield.

Logan Storm Locke, 29, of West Street in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, both felonies, in Concord on March 1. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2024.

Zachary S. Lucas, 35, of Concord East Lane in Wakefield, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Nov. 2, 2025, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in October 2025 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Lisa Lundstrom, 48, of Daniell Street in Franklin, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. She was accused of driving on King Street in Boscawen on Dec. 14, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kelsey S. McCarthy, 35, of Pittsfield Road in Loudon, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of removing a container of crack from her possession and throwing it away from officers to impair an investigation by Concord police on March 9. Jennifer L. McCarthy-Lees, 44, of Front Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Jan. 11, 2025, in Hooksett.

Thomas McMenamin III, 38, of Agony Hill Road in Andover, on two felony counts of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 as an act constituted as “a substantial step toward the commission of aggravated felonious sexual assault” on Jan. 14 in Andover.
