NH Man Indicted On Rape, Computer Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua man accused of gun threat charges; Concord, Merrimack men indicted on burglary charges; Hudson man faces stolen car charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Marcel Boutot, 31, of Clinton Street in Concord on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Temple Street in Nashua on Jan. 6.
Steven Bureau, 46, of Christopher Road in Merrimack on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a Thornton Road home on Nov. 5, 2021, in Merrimack.

David Carkin, 25, of Burke Road in Gilmanton Iron Works on aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging in a pattern of sexual assault with a girl and orchestrating and planning sexual acts via Snapchat between Dec. 1, 2019, and June 1, 2020, in Merrimack. Michael Casaletto, 34, of Old Derry Road in Hudson on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of keeping a 2012 Ford Focus that he knew to be stolen in order to deprive its owner on Oct. 7, 2020, in Hudson.

Alexis Casey, 21, of Collins Way in Dixfield, Maine, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. Casey was accused of discarding a firearm near a dumpster on July 17, 2020, in Nashua that was discharged by Austin Child, according to the indictment. Cristhian Castro, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on reckless conduct and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a loaded firearm at an intimate partner on June 7, 2021, in Nashua and saying words to the effect that he and the victim would die.
Scott Campbell, 29, of C Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on Aug. 1, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2017.
Dylan Conroy, 26, of Speare Road in Hudson was arrested on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 10, 2021, in Nashua.
Bret Cooper, 54, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 2, 2021, in Nashua.
Joshua Corbett, 32, of Meetinghouse Hill Road in Brookline on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 13 in Brookline on Nov. 13, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender.
