Concord Man Indicted In 2020 Shooting, Crash Incident: Court Docs
Plus: Meredith sex offender indicted on a drug possession charge in Concord; Allenstown man faces strangulation charge; theft indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Cyr N. Solari, 21, of Ramblewood Drive in Newbury on a felony reckless conduct charge. Solari was accused of placing another in danger of serious bodily injury or death by driving through a work zone in New London at a high rate of speed on June 28, 2021.
Sarah Vien, 28, of Mayflower Drive in Chichester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge (a fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, and tramadol mix) on Aug. 5, 2021, in Bow.

Daquhan Cromer, 24, of Oak Ridge in Greenville, South Carolina, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-charges (fentanyl and crack cocaine) on July 12, 2021, in Pittsfield.
Joshua Atwood, 33, of Beech Street in Bristol on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 21, 2021, in Franklin.

Shane Bilodeau, 48, of Turnpike Street in Allenstown on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another man in Allenstown on Aug. 28, 2021.
Jennifer E. Clark, 34, of Linton Street in Nashua on possession of methamphetamine and operating as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving on Whitten Street in Allenstown after being deemed a habitual offender on May 19, 2020.
John Boisvert, 44, of True Road in Meredith on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 21, 2021, in Concord. He is also a sex offender due to a child sexual assault charge from 1997, according to reports online.
Javon Edward Brooks, 21, pictured, of Alice Drive in Concord on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of discharging a firearm while it was pointed at another man and concealing or removing the gun from the scene to impair an investigation by police on Sept. 26, 2020, in Concord. Teanna Bryson, 27, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 12, 2021, in Concord.
Krystal Bureau, 36, of Temple Street in Nashua on an attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 25, 2020.
John Carter, 35, of Park Street in Hill on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 16, 2021, in Franklin.
James Cherry, age unknown, of Manchester on a felony acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 9, 2021, in Hooksett.
Emerald Crossman, 31, of North Main Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 3, 2021, in Franklin.
