State Troopers Make DUI, Drug Arrests In NH: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — On March 8, 2018, New Hampshire State Police were sent to a report of wires down on I-95 in Portsmouth. A utility pole snapped on the southbound side of the roadway causing the lines to fall across the highway. Both directions of the Interstate were closed for about three hours while crews removed the downed lines.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident. “It appears the weight of the snow on the lines may have caused the damage to the utility pole,” Lt. John Hennessey of Troop A stated. “However, all aspects of this incident are being investigated.”

NHSP were assisted at the scene by the Portsmouth Police Department, the Portsmouth Fire Department, the Newington Police Department, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Eversource Energy, Comcast Corp, and Fair Point Communications.

Harry Sexton, 59, of Rochester, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on March 1, 2018, for habitual offender and display false inspection/registration sticker on Route 125 in Rochester.

Edward Allen, 28, of South Boston, MA, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on March 1, 2018, for DUI on I-95 South in North Hampton.

Patrick Holland, 33, of Effingham, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2018, for domestic violence-simple assault at the on-ramp on Route 16 South in Dover.

Megan French, 29, of Fremont, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, for DUI on Route 101 West in Brentwood.

Anthony Napolitano, 19, of Sandown, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on Route 125 in Epping.

Dana Depugh, 53, of Washington, ME, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2018, for possession of a controlled-cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-95 North in Hampton.

Peter Signor, 48, of Alton Bay, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2018, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and possession of marijuana on Route 108 in Dover.

Lee Cwalina, of Hampton, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2018, for DUI, on Route 16 North in Dover.

Colin Wyatt, 52, of Rochester, was arrested at 7:#0 a.m. on Feb. 23, 2018, for DUI on Route 101 West in Candia.

Lauren Oden, 49, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. on March 1, 2018, for DUI on RW Drive in Bedford.

Brian Fournier, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on March 1, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and prohibitions-driver’s license at I-293 South/South Willow Street in Manchester.

Corey Jacob, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. on March 1, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-293 North near Brown Avenue in Manchester.

Tyler Markunas, 19, of Halifax, MA, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on March 1, 2018, for transportation of alcohol. Also charged was Jack Ketcham, 20, of Plympton, MA, for unlawful possession/intoxication. They were charged on I-93 North in Manchester.

Jennifer Clark, 30, of Effingham, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, for habitual offender, disobeying an officer, conduct after an accident, and possession of a controlled drug on South River Road near Hawthorne Drive in Bedford.

Marcel Martel, 30, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 26, 2018, for operating without a valid license on I-93 North in Windham.

Keillys Guerrero Rojas, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2018, for operating without a valid license on South Willow Street in Manchester.

Muhammad Talib, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Windham.

Alyssa Lothrop, 25, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2018, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike South in Bedford.

Ashley Hildreth, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2018, for DUI and criminal mischief on Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Jacob Wedig, 22, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Exiquio Melo De Medina, 43, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2018, on Candia Road near the I-93 South on-ramp in Manchester.

Olivia Wason, 25, of Fremont, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2018, on a bench warrant on I-293 North near the Exit off-ramp in Manchester.
