Bedford, Pittsfield Men Indicted On Attempted Sex Assault Charges
Plus: Nashua teen indicted on stolen gun charge; Merrimack man indicted on knife threat charge; and accused drug dealers indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Melvin Campbell, pictured upper left, 18, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He's accused of being in possession of a stolen .38 caliber Smith & Wesson Bodyguard firearm and trying to discard it to impede a police investigation on Oct. 29, 2019, in Nashua.
Edgar Centariczki, 26, of Dodge Center Road in Farmington, Maine, on sale of fentanyl and sale of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on June 19 in Nashua to an agent of the Nashua Police Department.

Zachary Clegg-Marrama, lower middle, 21, of Ash Street in Nashua, on 10 felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited (LSD and psilocin) between April and September in Nashua. Eight of the counts were drug sale charges, according to the indictment.
Matthew Clough, lower right, 25, of Aspen Lane in Merrimack, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge for driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on Sept. 12.

Tyler Couture, 27, of Spring Drive in Derry, on possession of buprenorphine and possession of marijuana products (marijuana, hard candies, gummies, and foil packages with hash oil) with intent to distribute on May 30 in Merrimack.
Luis Angel Cruz, lower left, 22, of Pennacook Street in Manchester, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He's accused of removing currency from a motor vehicle in Merrimack on May 22 to impair an investigation.
Leonard Deane, upper right, 59, of Maine Street in Pittsfield, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted felonious sexual assault, and possession of meth-subsequent charges, all felonies. He's accused of using Grinder in an attempt to solicit sex from a person who he thought was a boy on Oct. 1 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a felony drug charges in Rockingham County Superior Court in June 2016.
James DeGeorge, 42, of Great River Road in Somerville, Massachusetts, on domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-criminal threatening, both misdemeanors. He's accused of grabbing a woman and stating, "You're so dead, you're so dead," on Aug 1 in Nashua.
Trevor Dinneen, upper middle, 26, of Old Blood Road in Merrimack, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of banging on a door while holding a kitchen knife stating that he would "come in there and stick you" and he would "cut a b----" or words to that effect on Sept. 22 in Merrimack.
A. Joseph Dion, 50, of Colonel Daniels Drive in Bedford, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted felonious sexual assault, and indecent exposure or lewdness. He's accused of attempting to solicit sex from a person he thought was a boy using Grindr and Kik, sharing pictures of himself naked, and then went to meet the boy in Lincoln Park in Nashua on Sept. 11.
