Florida Felon, Now In Hudson, Indicted On Stolen Gun, Other Charges: Hills South Superior Court Indictments
Nashua drug indictments; Mass. man accused of witness tampering in Merrimack case; felon indicted on weapon, drug distribution charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
James M. Heath, 42, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check at Franklin Savings Bank in Merrimack on Oct. 23, 2025, that was made payable to him on the account of Tri-State Construction LLC when it was not.
Tyler Humphrey, 32, of Ash Court in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Sept. 3, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a control of premises charge in August 2025 in Nashua District Court.

Matthew Iannotti, 26, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-metallic knuckles, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, and two possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of crack, more than 5 grams of fentanyl, and the knuckles in Nashua on Jan. 13.
John Kritikos, 53, of Auburn Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of driving in a reckless manner in Nashua on Nov. 26, 2025, and causing a crash.

Nathan Allan Ladue, 34, of Iroquois Road in Nashua, on burglary, theft, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA and crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Oct. 1, 2025.

Jared Owen, 49, of Main Street in Peabody, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of witness tampering. He attempted to influence another person to communicate with the prosecutor’s office denying he strangled his child and to take back any statements made or words to that effect and offered to pay her $500 and the victim $1,000 once the case “went away,” between May 15, 2025, and March 10, in Merrimack, according to the indictments.
Gregory Pelletier, 33, of Broadview Avenue in Nashua, on two felony counts of operating after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Dearborn Street in Nashua on Jan. 2 and Broad Street in Nashua on March 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a habitual offender charge in Hill South in March 2023.
Maria Quintana, 46, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 27, 2025, in Nashua.
Yvonne Rios, 45, of Derry Street in Hudson, on pistols & revolvers, convicted felons, falsifying physical evidence, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing a DPMS AR-15-style rifle and a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber pistol in Hudson on Dec. 30, 2025, and hid them in a snowbank to impair an investigation. Rios is a felon due to a battery conviction in Palm Beach FL County Court in July 2001.
Wilfredo Sime Santos, 28, of Newton Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of the drug with intent to sell on Feb. 20, 2025, in Nashua.
