Nashua Man Indicted On Machete Threat, Strangulation Charges: Roundup

Plus: Wilton man indicted on gun threat, assault charges in Merrimack; NY woman indicted on ID fraud, other charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Nicholas Bissonette, 34, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 29, 2024, in Nashua.

Matthew Bobola, 56, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on Aug. 30, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender in June 2024.

Stephen Briere, 48, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 6, 2024, in Nashua. He was previously convicted on a drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2016, according to the indictment.

Tyler Humphrey, 31, of Ash Court in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin charge on Sept. 4, 2024, in Nashua.

Nicholas Hussey, 32, of Newcastle Drive in Nashua, on domestic violence and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of terrorizing an intimate partner with a machete and saying, “I will kill you,” or words to that effect on Oct. 24, 2024, in Nashua and accused of strangling her twice on Oct. 24, and Oct. 25, 2024, in Nashua.

Salvatore A. Ippolito, 28, of Intervale Road in Wilton, on criminal threatening, domestic violence, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He pointed a gun at an intimate partner and struck her in the head with the gun in Merrimack on Sept. 2, 2024, according to the indictments.

Robert Johnson, 51, of Major Drive in Nashua, on sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-with intent to sell-subsequent offense charges, both felonies, on Aug. 30 and Sept. 11, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Massachusetts in June 1995 and October 2008, according to the indictment.

Zachary Langmaid, 33, of Stanton Road in Danville, Vermont, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in merchandise from Target in Nashua on June 18, 2024.

Philip J. Stamas, 29, of Beacon Street in Nashua on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-subsequent, and two possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam-subsequent charges, all felonies, on Oct. 25, 2024, in Nashua.

Kathleen Tiller, 64, of Beach Channel Drive in Far Rockaway, New York, on identity fraud, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of posing as another at NBT Bank to obtain money from another person’s account on Aug. 14, 2024, in Nashua. Tiller threw an ID and credit card on West Pearl Street, which is why she was indicted on the evidence charge, according to an indictment.

Reynaldo Tirado, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on controlled drug act; ats prohibited-fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing and selling the drug on March 28, 2024, in Nashua and stealing a moped on June 17, 2024, in Nashua.

William Vazquez Jr., 34, of Lake Street in Nashua, on five felony controlled drug act; ats prohibited charges, alprazolam, cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, on May 19 and May 21, 2024, in Nashua.

Maryah H. Williams, 23, of Geneva Avenue in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on two simple assault charges. She was accused of spraying pepper spray and kicking the stomach of a police detective in Merrimack on Aug. 10, 2024.
