Merrimack Woman Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup
MA woman indicted on two theft charges; Amherst woman indicted on Nashua robbery accomplice charge; man indicted in Milford mischief charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Aaron White, 44, of Rosecliff Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 4 in Nashua.
Justin Widtfeldt, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 1 in Nashua.

Shakia Yancey, 28, of VFW Parkway in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of acting in concert with Corrine Nurse-Sherrod to steal items from Olympia Sports in Nashua on Oct. 26, 2021, and on April 5 at American Eagle Outfitters in Nashua.
Christopher Dufresne, 29, of Central Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Hudson on May 29.

Andre Edmonds, 32, of Daniels Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of throwing rocks at a woman’s rental car in Milford on April 27.
Danielle Evans, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Nashua on May 16.
Steven Fleury, 42, of Progress Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 31 in Nashua. He was accused of possessing the drug with intent to distribute. Previously, according to the indictment, Fleury was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Melody Haggerty, 29, Upham Road in Amherst on an accomplice to a robbery charge. She was accused of aiding Elias Dawley in the robbery of the Double Tree Hilton in Nashua on Feb. 17. Corey High, 32, of Clinton Court in Merrimack on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-para-fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix charge on May 20 in Merrimack.
Tyler Humphrey, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 9 in Nashua.
Michelle Huston, 31, of Donovan Court in Merrimack on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of threatening to assault another person while brandishing a kitchen knife in Merrimack on July 15.
