Felon Indicted On Gun Possession Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua man, with priors, indicted on cocaine dealing charges; Mont Vernon woman accused of theft in Merrimack; other drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Dana Tassie, pictured upper left, 31, of Bridge Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-fentanyl on Sept. 4, 2019.

Kimberly Tello, lower right, 49, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal liability to controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine/fentanyl charge. She's accused of providing transportation to Brian Hayward on Aug. 2. He's accused of a drug deal with an agent of the Nashua Police Department.

Lane Terry, 24, of Central Street in Nashua, on three felony forgery charges on June 3 in Hudson. Terry is accused of defrauding Bank of America for nearly $550.

Nathaniel Tuttle, 63, of Route 119 in Rindge, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of knowingly retaining a $180,000 front-end loader belonging to another person in New Ipswich.

Maria Young, upper middle, 20, of Levesque Lane in Mont Vernon, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of merchandise from Saks at the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall on Aug. 7.

Crystal Ainslie, 26, of Mount Pleasant Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal mischief charge. She's accused of twisting the pipe of an HVAC system at Liquid Therapy in Nashua, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on Sept. 28.

Julio Amaro, lower left, 27, of Hunt Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of cocaine on Aug. 19, Aug. 22, and Sept. 11 in Nashua.

James Anderson, 40, of Castle Hill Road in Windham, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 4 in Hudson.

Marc Anderson, lower middle, 29, of Jefferson Street in Derry, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He's accused of possession a firearm in Nashua on Oct. 21. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony theft charge in August 2015.

Nicole Aubin, 43, of Brantwood Road in Worcester, Massachusetts, on possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl charges on June 28 in Nashua.
