Mass. Woman Indicted On Gun Theft Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Katherine Bathrick, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 5.

Haleigh Bauman, 20, of Summer Street in Bedford, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing a Glock Gen5 handgun and a Canik TP9SF 9 mm handgun on April 22 in Nashua.

Debralee Belleau, 43, of Tenth Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of failing to disclose a known lien on a 2018 Lexus ES350 when she transferred the vehicle to Granite Subaru in Hudson on Oct. 13, 2022.

Ethan Botzos, 27, of Donna Drive in Pembroke on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges. He was accused of forging a check for $3,659.20 and attempting to cash it at Franklin Savings Bank in Merrimack.

Thomas Bourgeois, 63, of Pleasant Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of depriving DesignLinx Hardware Solutions by stealing a box of 250 checks on Nov. 1, 2022, in Nashua.

Tracy Carrier, 42, of no fixed address, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charge on May 4 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of controlled drug; acts prohibited in Strafford County Superior Court in July 2018.

Francisco Castillo, 26, of Badger Street in Nashua on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering a home in Nashua on Dec. 3, 2022, in order to rape another person. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Accused Of Physical, Sexual Assault Of Female Acquaintance

Lyndsay Chakarian, 30, of Collettes Grove Road in Derry on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on June 22 in Hudson.

Misty Chase, 35, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a dead woman’s property in Nashua on July 16. Chase was previously convicted on a theft charge in Nashua District Court in November 2016 and theft by deception charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in March 2021.
