Nashua, Hudson Men Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Kenneth C. Hare, 41, of Herrick Road in Lyndeborough on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 3, 2022, in Nashua.

Lucas Hinckley, 41, of Ferry Street in Hudson on two felony distribution of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of sharing videos on Snapchat on May 4, 2022, in Hudson.

Donovan Jannette-Hicks, 29, of Putnam Hill Road in Wilton on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of violating a protective order of an intimate partner on Nov. 17 and Dec. 6, 2022, in Nashua. In November 2018, he was convicted in Milford District Court on a stalking charge.

Jonathan MacNeil, 36, of no fixed address in Merrimack on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of trying to get a woman to drop a matter in family court between Oct. 23 and Oct. 24, 2022, in Merrimack.

Julia Malczon, 32, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 15, 2022, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in February 2015.

Amos Martes, 25, of Derry Street in Hudson on 10 possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos and photos in Hudson on Dec .9, 2021.

Brady Matthews, 18, of Weatherstone Road in Litchfield on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of sharing a video of a naked man in an effort to intimidate or threaten on March 9, 2022, in Litchfield. On March 17, 2022, Matthews was also accused of sending a text message to another person, believing an investigation was pending, “if you get asked about a video, it doesn’t exist” in Litchfield.

Stefanie Nevin, 40, of Staniels Road in Loudon on three receiving stolen property and three forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of retaining stolen checks and forging them for on July 5, July 7, and July 10 in Hollis for $1,318. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of two theft by deception charges in Cheshire County Superior Court.

Jose Abel Nunez-Guzman, 22, of Cannongate Road in Nashua on eight possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing photos and videos on Jan 3 and Jan. 4, and June 7, 2022, in Nashua.

Taylor Osgood, 29, of Greeley Street in Hudson on a felony possession of para-fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix charge on Oct. 4, 2022, in Hudson. She was previously convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in Nashua District Court in November 2017.

Paul Ouellette, 60, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on a felony common nuisances charge. He was accused of keeping a drug den at Mountain View Street in Nashua between Feb. 1, 2018, and Oct. 5, 2022.
