CONCORD, NH — Stefanie A. Nevin, 40, of Loudon was arrested on a warrant at 4:29 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2022, after an incident on North Main Street.
Rylee Elisabeth Hewson, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Nov. 23 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested after an incident on Alton Woods Drive.
Phineas T. Fogg, born 1983, of Washington was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Nov. 22 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Christopher C. Villareal, born 1971, of Somersworth was cited at 3:40 p.m. on Nov. 22 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. Also cited was Frederick E. Estes IV, 26, of Concord on a warrant. They were charged after a crash on School Street. David Macre, born 1974, of Pelham was arrested on a warrant at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 22 after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Sawm Dal Pau, born 1991, of Dover was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Interstate 93 northbound at the Exit 12 onramp.
Jose A. Miranda, born 1989, of Manchester was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Nov. 13 on resisting arrest or detention and disobeying an officer charges as well as yellow-solid line violation and traffic control device violations. He was arrested at Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road after an incident.
Michael C. Paquette, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a breach of bail charge. He was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.
Christopher Joseph Mancini, 40, of Concord was arrested at 9:58 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on Hoit Road.
Jonathan Ruharuka, 20, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 13 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges after an incident on Loudon Road.
