Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Strangulation Charges: Hills South Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Woman accused of assisting with 4-pound meth mail package; Milford man indicted on strangulation charges; Hudson man faces rape indictment.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Tobby Gagnon, 51, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson after being convicted twice before for theft in Nashua District Court in July 2012 and August 2016.

Melissa Giuliana, 32, of Calef Highway in Epping, on theft by unauthorized taking and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property. She was accused of failing to return a 2006 Ford Ranger between Oct. 8 and Oct. 22, 2024.

Kaelyn E. Goodwin, 27, of Nightingale Road in Nashua, on one felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Aug. 13, 2025, in Nashua.

Joshua Green, 53, of South Main Street in Brookline, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of coins and jewelry from another person on Nov. 16, 2025, in Brookline.

Kallie Grover, 39, of Lemyjoma Trail in Sandown, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and cocaine on April 9, 2025, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in Strafford County Superior Court.

Crystal Marcotte, 44, of Burke Street in Nashua, on possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute-about 4 pounds of methamphetamine. She worked in concert with Seth Stephens and/or Alan Grogg by accepting delivery of the package of drugs on Jan. 6 in Nashua, according to the indictment.

Rodney Maulding, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of retraining stolen merchandise from Best Buy in Nashua on March 3. Maulding was also accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s in Nashua on Sept. 15, 2022, Target in Nashua on Sept. 12, and Oct. 23, 2025, and BJ’s in Nashua on Nov. 13, 2025. Previously, according to the indictments, he was convicted of theft in April 2022 in Hills South and April 2023 in Nashua District Court.

Jeovan Morales, 23, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, on two domestic violence-criminal threatening and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of holding a firearm against the neck of an intimate partner and strangling her on Jan. 15 in Nashua.

Ricardo Morales, 39, of Earley Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with others to steal between $1,001 and $1,500 in merchandise from Lowe’s in Nashua on Dec. 18, 2025.

Stephen Morrison, 36, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, on a felony possession of MDMA charge on Nov. 20, 2025, in Nashua.

Jesse Njuguna, 23, of Gowing Road in Hudson, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a woman on March 30, 2025, in Hudson.

Brandon O’Connell, 32, of North River Road in Milford, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Milford on Feb. 8.
