Men Arrested After Document Incident At DMV: NHSP Roundup
Plus, DUI, drug, and other charges issued on New Hampshire's highways.
CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police arrested a man from the Dominican Republic allegedly attempting to obtain a state driver’s license. Yolin Bolivar Peguero-Martinez, 40, was arrested on April 13, 2018, on 13 criminal offenses including unsworn falsification, tampering with public records, prohibitions and possession of a false identification. Troopers from Troop G were called to the Division of Motor vehicles in Manchester for a report of a man possibly using fraudulent documents to get a license.

“When Troopers arrived, they were able to confirm that the documents he presented were fraudulent,” according to Det. Sgt. David McCormack.

The man – Peguero-Martinez – was allegedly claiming to be “Juan Carlos Nieves Ortiz” of Manchester. With the assistance of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, state police were able to properly identify Peguero-Martinez. He was arrested and held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
Outside of the DMV, as troopers were clearing the scene, they were drawn to a vehicle containing “multiple subjects” in the parking lot. Troopers spoke with the individuals and one – Wayne Wright, 22, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant out of Rockingham County Superior Court for burglary. He was also issued a summons for marijuana possession. Wright was held in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Christopher Tracia, 40, of Milton, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on April 5, 2018, for DUI and possession of marijuana on Route 16 North in Rochester.
Sarah Krebs, 47, of Rochester, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on April 2, 2018, on two counts of DUI on Route 16 North in Newington.
Thomas Fall, 41, of Rochester, was arrested at 1 a.m. on April 2, 2018, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
Ronald Dumont, 39, of Sanbornville, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on April 1, 2018, for DUI on Route 16 in Milton.
Kyle Fitzgerald, 26, of Livermore, ME, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on April 1, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-95 North in Portsmouth.
Scott Sanborn, 32, of Effingham, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on March 30, 2018, for DUI, DUI – second or third, open container, and driving after revocation of suspension-subsequent. He was arrested on Route 16 South in Rochester.

Crystal Marcotte, 36, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on April 3, 2018, for DUI, possession of controlled drug, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. She was arrested on I-293 North in Manchester.
Gary Elliot, 58, of Lancaster, was arrested at 4 p.m. on April 3, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug on I-93 North in Londonderry.
Alessandra Mannino, 25, in Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on April 3, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and operating without an expired license at Amherst and Capital streets in Nashua.
Michael Page, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on April 1, 2018, for operating with a valid license on Route 101 East in Manchester. Also charged was a juvenile for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration.
Alejandro Pizarro, 53, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on March 31, 2018, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled drugs, and open container on I-293 North in Manchester.
Enmanuel Mena, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. on March 31, 2018, for DUI on I-293 South in Manchester.
Brad Coletta, 27, in Nashua, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on March 31, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.
Brian Morris, 32, of Littleton, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on March 30, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence on I-93 North in Londonderry.
Johnnie Boynton, 36, of Littleton, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on March 30, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Ricardo Naya, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 30, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 in North in Bow.
Carolyn Caine, 34, of Lincoln, MA, was arrested for DUI on I-89 South in Hopkinton on March 30, 2018, at 7:50 p.m.
