Nashua Man Indicted On 7 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Maryland man indicted on nonconsensual dissemination, assault charges; man indicted on fake bomb charge; felon indicted on gun charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Umar Mansaray, 34, of Wicker Place in Gaithersburg, Maryland, on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, criminal restraint, and four second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly striking a woman in Nashua on Aug. 31, 2024, causing broken bones and restraining her in a room for several hours. Mansaray was also accused of sharing a naked picture of the woman with another person. Daniel Mercado, 25, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony false report as to explosives charge. He was accused of falsely stating there were pipe bombs in Merrimack and Nashua between July 3 and July 4, 2024. Jon Michaud, 32, of Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Amherst Road in Merrimack on March 25, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Satyam Muttha, 29, of Pollard Street in North Billerica, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and two theft by deception charges. He created and enforced the false impression that he was authorized to collect money on behalf of PayPal on Sept. 5, 2024, and retained property owned by another in New Ipswich on Sept. 6, 2024, according to the indictments.

Robert Pavlas, 23, of Linjay Circle in Nashua, on criminal threatening and attempted first-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a gun at another person in Nashua on Sept. 7, 2024.
Christine Pollard, 43, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl. She was accused of selling crack cocaine to a cooperating individual of the Nashua police on Oct. 11, 2023, and possessing fentanyl on June 5, 2024, in Nashua.

Christopher Rowley, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal threatening and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person on March 24, 2024, in Nashua. Rowley is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction out of Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2016.
Orys Rubiera, 25, of River Pointe Way in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He worked in concert with Dayra Cintron to steal Amazon packages on Nov. 18, 2023, in Nashua, according to the indictment.
Wayne Sears III, 24, of Lake Street in Nashua, on seven felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl on between May 21 and May 23, 2024, and on May 28, 2024, in Nashua.
George Smith, 54, of Howard Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 25, 2024. He was previously convicted of acts prohibited, according to the indictment, in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2021.
Russell Soulard, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to induce another to falsely testify about a pending assault case in Costa, Mass, California, on July 21, 2014.
Kevin P. Stavro, 46, of Ridgecrest Drive in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 5, 2024, in Nashua.
