Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester teen indicted on theft charges; felon indicted on robbery, burglary charges; Merrimack drug indictment.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Zachary Ballam, 23, of East Dunstable Road in Nashua, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at one person and others in the area on Sept. 8, 2024, in Nashua.
Taher Bashir, 19, of Laurel Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $1,184.06 in items from Target in Nashua on Feb. 18, 2024, while acting in concert with two unknown men.

Phillip Bernard, 44, of Nagle Street in Nashua, on forgery and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on July 17, 2024, in Nashua. Bernard also uttered a check for $400, drawn on the TD Bank account of DesignLinx Hardware Solutions, on Nov. 10, 2022, according to the indictment.
Christopher Rowley, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on armed robbery, burglary, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-box cutter, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale-subsequent crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Temple Street and robbing a couple on April 19, 2024. The drug possession charge was from an incident on Feb. 12 in Nashua. Previously, Rowley was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2016.

Mark Ruppel, 36, of Harvard Street in Nashua on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Jan. 18, Feb. 6, and June 17, 2024, in Nashua.

Lwaboshi Simwerayi, 27, of Dave Street in Manchester, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a dwelling in Hudson on July 18, 2024.
Ronnie Summers, 26, of Summer Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine charges on May 1, 2024, in Nashua.
Eric Swenson, 43, of Beausite Drive in Nashua, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense, methamphetamine, charge on April 3, 2024, in Merrimack. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in April 2015.
Kaden Tremblay, 24, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of waiving a firearm at another person on June 4, 2024, in Hudson.
Randy Daniel Vasquez Diaz, 28, of Armory Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 29, 2024, in Nashua.
Stephane Webster, 52, of Quincy Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and two burglary charges. He was accused of stealing cards and a phone from a woman on July 11, 2024, in Nashua, as well as burglarizing Martha’s Exchange Restaurant and Brewery on July 19 and July 30, 2024, in Nashua.
Stephen Welch, 35, of Howard Street in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of pointing a gun in the direction of bystanders, placing them in danger, in Nashua, on April 28, 2024.
Maryah H. Williams, 23, of Geneva Avenue in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused more than $1,000 in clothing from Polo and American Eagle in Merrimack on Aug. 10, 2024, and removing the stolen clothing from her shopping bag to impair an investigation, according to the indictment.
