4 Indicted In Temple Street Burglary Case: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua woman indicted on knife threat charge; reckless conduct on the turnpike in Merrimack; thieves indicted on new charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Brandon Allen, 37, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induce another to withhold testimony or information by having a third party to contact to request she not appear in court on June 10.

Fernando Alvarez, 36, of Nutt Street in Nashua, on conspiracy to theft by unauthorized taking, theft by unauthorized taking, and burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the residence of a former intimate partner on July 20 in Nashua. Alvarez also agreed with Autumn Supernois to steal hair dye from Walmart in Hudson on May 2 and stole portable charges from Walmart in Hudson on May 2, according to the indictments. He was convicted on theft charges in September 2019 in Nashua District Court and theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2021.

Farooq Aziz, 41, of High Pine Avenue in Nashua, on reckless conduct and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving another person’s motor vehicle at a high rate of speed on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 27 and crashing, causing injury. Matthew Janssens, 41, of Lawrence Street in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in funds from Bay State Militaria in New Ipswich on Aug. 5, 2019.

Nathan Keating, 32, of Hampstead Road in Derry, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charge on March 3 in Hudson.

Kailey Rowley, 32, of no known address in Nashua, on a felony criminal liability to burglary charge. She worked in concert with Christopher Rowley to occupy a section of a Temple Street apartment in Nashua, while Christopher Rowley punched and kicked another person on April 19, according to the indictment. Santiago, 26, of Pine Street Extension in Nashua, on a felony criminal liability to burglary charge connected to the same case. He was aware of a boxcutter Christopher Rowley was in possession of during the Temple Street burglary, according to the indictment; David D. Smith, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal liability of burglary and criminal liability of robbery charges, both felonies; and Christopher Jovan Spencer, 29, of Wellington Street in Nashua on criminal liability to armed robbery and criminal liability of burglary charges, both felonies.

Alexis Smith, 25, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge — accused of placing another in danger while holding a knife and saying, “Wait ‘til I’m done with you” on Jan. 27 in Nashua.

Ryan Sullivan, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining an iPhone 11 that he knew had probably been stolen on April 13 in Nashua. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges, in June 2016 in Strafford County Superior Court and in March in Concord District Court.
