Nashua Man Indicted On Stalking, Threat Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Elderly Hudson, Milford man indicted on child sexual assault charges; woman indicted on knife threat charge; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jorge Aguillon-Robles, 31, of Vine Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 3 in Nashua.
Scott Boyd, 47, of South Main Street in Manchester, on criminal threatening, second-degree assault, stalking, and six domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill an intimate partner, blocking her mouth and nose so she couldn’t breathe, and slapped her in the face six times, all on Aug. 16 in Nashua. Boyd called the victim six times between Aug. 17 and Aug. 18 in Nashua, according to an indictment.

Daronte Branch, 28, of Chase Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on June 25 and Aug. 28 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough Superior Court South in July 2023.
James Brown, 84, of Lindsay Street in Hudson, on a felony endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent charge. He was accused of attempting to sexually assault a girl under 16 on April 15 in Nashua.

Adam Sundstrom, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of displaying a knife and threatening to engage in a physical altercation with two other people on May 27 in Nashua.
Samara Sullivan, 20, of Marshall Street in Milford, on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening a woman with a knife and applying pressure, almost to the point where the knife cut the victim, in Milford on May 20.
Leslie Valastro, 61, of Mason Road in Milford, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of touching a girl’s genitalia with his tongue between March 1 and June 1, 2023, in Milford.
Ernesto Valerio, 24, of Walnut Street in Nashua, on a felony conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute charge. He was accused of working with Jose Ynoa Ynfante, and/or Maribi Garcia, and/or Elio Omar Cabrera Lopez, and/or Angel Miguel Marte Ruiz, and/or Delvin Castillo Portorreal, a.k.a. "Delvi Castro" and/or with others known or unknown between Dec. 4, 2021, and Oct. 3, 2023, in Nashua.
Emily Veilleux, 26, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges in Hudson.
Mario Verissmio, 38, of Westfall Road in Pelham, on a felony possession of a narcotic-crack cocaine charge. He was accused of possession a pipe with residue on June 27 in Pelham. Previously, Verissmio was convicted on sale of a controlled drug charge in August 2009 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Luis A. Vazquez, 43, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on two felony duty to report charges. He was accused of failing to register with Nashua police on Nov. 22, 2023, and Jan. 1.
Hayden Wilburn, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, amphetamine, meth, cocaine, and fentanyl, on Jan. 30 and June 3 in Nashua.
Laura Welford, 46, of North Mendoza Way in Dunnellon, Florida, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of exercising unauthorized control over payroll checks and a Home Depot charge card belonging to the Elmwood Village Condo Association of Hudson with intent to deprive the association of more than $1,500 on Sept. 17, 2021.
Jeffrey Weston, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on March 18 in Nashua.
