Nashua Man And Woman Indicted In Separate Knife Attack Incidents: Hillsborough County Court Indictments

Plus: Manchester man indicted on nonconsensual dissemination of private images charge; Merrimack man indicted on robbery, theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Erica E. Lake, 36, of Ash Court in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge. She was accused of possessing crack cocaine after being previously convicted on a possession charge in Hills South in July 2023.

Julio Antonio Lopez, 40, of Lance Avenue in Litchfield, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge.

Matthew Connor Mellen, 19, of Howard Street in Nashua, on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a firearm on Sept. 16, 2025, in Nashua. Jacob J. Mitchell, 36, of Deer Run in Hudson, on common nuisances and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of keeping a dwelling that was resorted to by drug-dependent persons between Jan. 1 and July 31, 2025, in Hudson. Mitchell was also accused of possessing the crack on July 21, 2025, in Hudson.

Sean McNamara, 62, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 12, 2025, in Nashua.

Hunter Nadeau, 24, of Bittersweet Road in Nashua, on first-degree murder, second-degree murder, two attempted murder, and two first degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting and killing Rob DeCesare and attempting to kill two other people while shooting them on Sept. 20, 2025. Esther Ortiz, 32, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of cutting an intimate partner with a knife on Oct. 6, 2025, in Nashua.

Eric J. Perry III, 30, of Oliver Drive in Hudson, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling another person on July 18, 2025, in Hudson.

Christopher Quijano, 29, of Clinton Street in Manchester, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private images charge. He was accused of sharing a sexual image of a woman’s private parts with another person on Nov. 21, 2024, in Nashua.

Chad Silver, 42, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault and two domestic violence charges, all felonies. On Oct. 18, 2025, in Nashua, he was accused of strangling, threatening with a knife, and slicing the throat of an intimate partner on Oct. 18, 2025, in Nashua.

Erik Hans Heaney, 33, of Emerald Drive in Merrimack, on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing the chalice from the Church of the Good Shepherd in Nashua on Aug. 10, 2025.

Gregory R. Isabelle, 41, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony felon in possession of weapon. He was accused of possessing a Smith and Wesson .38 revolver on July 12, 2025, in Nashua. Isabelle is a felon due to a reckless conduct conviction in Hills South in March 2014.
