Nashua Residents Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Lema Nube Guaman, 29, of Foster Court in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2025, on stalking-domestic violence and three domestic violence-simple assault charges.

John Peter Wilcox, 53, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 4 on a criminal trespass charge.

Jocelyn Sarah Lafountain, 26, of Railroad Square in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 4 on domestic violence-simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Marc Peguero, born in February 2002, of Pleasant Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on Jan. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

William Rhiney Newman, 25, of Cox Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 13 on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge as well as unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates violations.

Lisette N. Matos, 31, of Park Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 13 on disobeying an officer, motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges, as well as a driving without giving proof violations.

John Icardson Oriol, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 12 on a criminal trespass charge.

Brittani M. Kean, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on a criminal trespass charge on Jan. 12.

Miranda S. Robbins, 40, of Nashua Street in Milford, was arrested on Jan. 12 on a criminal trespass charge.

Angelique Skye McClintock, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on a capias warrant on Jan. 12.

Christopher Matthew Tencza, 21, of Springdale Road in Manchester, was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on Jan. 12.

William Charles Moschetto, 45, of Jennifer Street in Danville, was arrested on Jan. 12 on an out-of-town warrant.
