Franklin Woman Indicted On Burglary, Drug Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Concord man indicted on a second string of Medicaid fraud charges; Northfield stalker charged again; forgery and other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Craig Oxley, 38, of Candia Road in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 21 in Bow.
Angeline M. Pelky, 34, a homeless woman now located in Franklin on burglary and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. She was accused of entering a home on East Bow Street in Franklin and to steal items on Jan. 29. Pelky was also indicted in Belknap County Superior Court on a falsifying physical evidence charge, accused of snorting brown powder to impair an investigation in Belmont on June 17, 2022.

Shane T. Pepin, 38, of Megan Drive in Northfield on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of removing a child from a home on Watson Street in Northfield after being served with a protective order on Feb. 19. Pepin was convicted of a protective order violation in October 2022, in Franklin District Court.
Kyle Perkins, 30, of Hammond Street in Concord on theft by deception, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and Medicaid fraud-false records charges, all felonies, between July 29, 2020, and March 9 in Concord.

Jonathan Pickering, 35, of Youngs Hill Road in Loudon on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 10 in Concord.
Joseph M. Reale-Case, 26, of Rosemary Court in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Concord on Feb. 2.
Julie L. Robbins, 47, of Scenic Drive in Gilford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 23, 2022, in Hooksett.
Darin S. Roberts, 44, of Commerce Street in Hill on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Franklin on Dec. 21, 2022.
William Rowe, 57, of First New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood on three forgery and three title fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of signing three other person’s names to titles for vehicles on Aug. 12, 2021, and May 3 and May 23, 2022, in Concord.
The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.
MacKenzie Daigneau, 22, of Middle Route in Gilmanton on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on April 8 in Gilford, and possession of alprazolam, possession of fentanyl, and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Laconia on Feb. 4.
Paul Hudson, 43, of Orchard Street in Franklin on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3 and the Route 11 Bypass in Gilford on Jan. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2013.
Susan M. Weeks, 45, of Auburn Street in Manchester on forgery, conspiracy to commit theft by deception-$1,501+, and three conspiracy-forgery charges, all felonies. On Jan. 6, Jan. 13, and Jan. 14, she was accused of signing another person’s name to a check and using another person’s bank card to deposit an envelope of fake money to obtain $3,000 in actual cash in Laconia.
Xavier Brown, 27, of Exterior Street in the Bronx, New York, on theft by deception-$1,001 to $1,500 and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person to obtain an iPhone from Verizon in Laconia on March 11.
