Nashua Residents Indicted On Drug Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on rape charge; man accused of slicing woman with a knife; Merrimack woman, Milford man indicted on habitual offender charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Anthony Acevedo, 22, of Lock Street in Nashua, on a felony domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. On Aug. 3, 2019, he's accused of raping a former intimate partner while she was intoxicated and helpless to resist.

James Albert, pictured upper left, 35, of Allied Street in Manchester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He's accused of stealing baby formula from Shaw's Supermarket in Merrimack on June 25 and July 22. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2013 and Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2015.

Fernando Alvarez, upper middle, 31, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge from Oct. 2, 2018, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on possession in October 2009.

Kenneth Anderson, 58, of Willow Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing money from a Nashua man on June 4. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in May 2014 and November 2015 in Nashua District Court.

Paul Barahona, 51, of Thurston Drive in Hudson, on a domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of cutting a woman's thumb with a knife on Aug. 25 in Hudson.

Gregory Bartlett, 25, of Birchwood Drive in Milford, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Lowell Road in Hudson on July 26.

Elizabeth Belanger, upper right, 32, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge while out of bail from Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on July 25 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Nashua District Court in July 2015.

Ana Berrio, lower left, 54, of Garin Terrace in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge on March 11 at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua.

Michael Briand, lower middle, 28, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow, on criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charges. He's accused of aiding Megan Judd with a drug deal on Aug. 27 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in October 2017.

Kevin Bryan, 24, of Tolles Street in Nashua, on four sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges from June 5, June 13, June 17, and June 18 in Nashua.

Barbara Callahan, lower right, 54, of Joppa Road in Merrimack, on a motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge on Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack on Sept. 24.

Michael A. Camblin, 39, of Alder Drive in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct charge – firing a firearm in the third floor of an apartment on Pleasant Street in Greenville where the discharged round stopped on the first floor.
