Nashua Sex Offenders Indicted On Charges: Court Roundup
Manchester man indicted on insurance fraud; man indicted on drug dealing charges in Milford, Greenville; Merrimack woman faces drug charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Fernando Alvarez, 33, of Pine Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 4, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2019.
Kenneth Amber, 75, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused by police of failing to register within five days of his quarterly registration requirement on Dec. 20, 2021. Amber is a sex offender due to sexual assault convictions against a child in November 1995.

Joseph Belcourt, 48, of Denton Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-burprenorphine and sale of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of selling the drug to a Nashua police agent on April 15, 2021, in Nashua. The possession charge was from Nashua on Dec. 8, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug sale charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in January 2003.
Patrick Boily, 58, of Burke Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge. Police accused him of driving on Crown Street in Nashua on Feb. 15.

Robert Bouchard, 44, of Rena Drive in Hudson on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused by police of being in possession of a switchblade on Nov. 1, 2021, in Hudson. Bouchard is a felon due to a drug conviction in April 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Eric Hirsh, 31, of Paxton Terrace in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 2 in Nashua.
James Horsley, 29, of High Street in Greenville on five sale of fentanyl charges and two possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. Police accused him of selling the drug in Greenville and Milford between Sept. 8, and Dec. 14, 2021.
Nicholas Iannuzzo, 23, of Pioneer Drive in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused by police of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 2, 2021, in Nashua.
Felicia Jackson, 33, of no fixed address in Merrimack, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and methamphetamine, charges on April 1, 2021, in Merrimack.
Sulayman Jaiteh, 23, of Laval Street in Manchester on a felony insurance fraud charge. Police accused him of renewing his auto insurance hours after being involved in a crash and then altering a police report to falsely state the accident happened a day after it did in Merrimack on Oct. 18, 2021.
Jacob Karafelis, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused by police of failing to register an email address as required after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in 2000.
