Pelham Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Damion Hines, 41, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a U-Haul van recklessly, at a high rate of speed, and crashing it, causing injury to a child, on Nov. 16, 2022, in Nashua.

John Humphrey, 59, of Old County Road in Pelham on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a girl between July 23, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2021, in Pelham.

Cara Kulingoski, 45, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 16, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 1997.

Courtney Lavalle, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua on possession of a controlled drug; controlled drug act violation; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to dispense and possession of a controlled drug; controlled drug act violation; acts prohibited, fentanyl and tramadol mix, charges, both felonies, on Jan. 17 in Nashua. Corey Leblanc, 32, of Douglas Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening a Hudson Subway employee on Oct. 18, 2020, by handing her a note saying, “Give me money or I’ll shoot,” and getting away with more than $393 in cash.

Tabitha Lavoie also known as Tabitha Lopez, 39, of Main Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise against Kohl’s on Nov. 23, 2022, in Nashua. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in August 2015.

Zachary Madison, 32, of Tolles Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl sale charges on April 1, and May 1, 2022, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2018.

Dennis Marr, 56, of Davenport Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle, causing a collision, and injuring another person, while failing to give the injured party or police his information on Dec. 23, 2022, in Nashua.

Ashley Nadeau, 32, of Bradford Lane in Litchfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing money from another person in Hudson between Nov. 1, 2019, and July 11, 2022.
