Milford Man Indicted On Car Jacking Charge: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jacob Evans, 30, of Hubbard Hill Road in Greenville on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Jeep Cherokee, a Play Station, an Xbox One, and other electronics from a home in New Ipswich on Dec. 8, 2022.

Steven Fleury, 42, of Wason Avenue in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Lake Street in Nashua on Jan. 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Robert Gagnon, 46, of Manchester on attempted murder, two first-degree murder charges, and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to kill a man in Brookline, killing Robert Prest in Lyndeborough during a robbery, stealing a Jeep in Peterborough, and stealing a BMW and firearms in Lyndeborough, on Nov. 22 and Nov. 23, 2022. Kenneth Hebert, 48, of Snow Street in Concord on a felony convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a Smith & Wesson fixed blade knife in a sheath on Aug. 1, 2022, in Wilton after being convicted of drug dealing in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2017.

Damion Hines, 41, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Nov. 16, 2022, in Nashua.

Joshua Hoaglund, 19, of Greeley Street in Hudson on two felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charges. He was accused of driving a truck on Ferry Street in Hudson while intoxicated and causing a crash on Dec. 22, 2022.

Joshua Horvitz, 33, of Wilton Road in Milford on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2008 Honda CR-V owned by another person in Hudson on Nov. 8, 2022. Read more about this case here: Man Arrested In NH After Burlington Carjacking

Christopher Jimenez Delgado, 24, of Vine Street in Nashua on three felony conduct after accident charges. He was accused of striking three pedestrians and failing to stop to report the crash to the police or exchange information with the victims on Nov. 23, 2022, in Nashua.
