Pair Indicted For Nashua Kidnapping Incident: Court Roundup

Londonderry man indicted for theft in Merrimack, Queen City woman indicted for reckless conduct against police, man indicted for burglary.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Ronald P. Carbonneau, 37, upper left, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of burglary. Between Dec. 4, and Dec. 5, 2017, he allegedly burglarized homes on Raymond, Wood, and Laton streets in Nashua.

Angel Cespedes, 29, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on Dec. 6, 2017, within 1,000 feet of Nottingham West Elementary School in Hudson.

Monique Cook, 46, upper middle, of Spruce Street in Hudson, on two counts of issuing bad checks and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. Between Nov. 1, 2016, and May 31, 2017, she allegedly stole funds from an elderly woman and issued more than $4,000 in checks from an account with insufficient funds.

Christopher A. Dallas-Koziol, 31, lower left, incarcerated in Manchester at the time of the indictment, for first-degree assault, and kidnapping, criminal threatening, all felonies. Jonathan Emery, 38, upper left, incarcerated in Manchester, was also indicted for felony kidnapping in the case. On Oct. 22, 2017, he allegedly cut a man’s face with a knife and reportedly acted in concert with Emery, Jeremiah Starkweather, and Shane McKenzie by pointing a handgun at him and holding him hostage on Cross Street in Nashua.

Clint DePalmer, 36, lower right, of Royal Lane in Londonderry, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing power tools and a trailer from a storage facility on John Tyler Way in Merrimack.

Stephanie Desimone, 29, lower middle, of East High Street in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly driving a vehicle at police officers in Merrimack on April 14, 2017.

Christina Duncan, 31, of Berkshire Street in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Nov. 11, 2017, in Nashua.

Tyler Elliot, 20, of High Street in Somersworth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone allegedly on Nov. 20, 2017, in Merrimack.
