Salem Sex Offender Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Leann L. Baldock, 48, of Boyd Road in Londonderry, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine on Feb. 9 in Londonderry.

Daniel Joseph Beauregard, 44, of Pecan Street in Exeter, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a dolly from a premises on Hemlock Street in Exeter on April 1. At the time of the incident, he was out on bail from Hills North. Previously, according to the indictment, Beauregard has been convicted twice of theft.

Scott G. Burtt, 44, of Maple Street in Windham, on a felony count of nonsupport. He was accused of failing to pay more than $10,000 in child support for two children after being ordered to by the Salem Court-Family Division on Feb. 11.

Luis Caraballo, 35, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 of merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on Jan. 21.

Ethan Bradley Carty, 19, of Viola Circle in Seabrook, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from the Hampton Beach Casino on June 12, 2025.

Kevin Joseph Clement, 41, of Prescott Road in Fremont, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and meth, on Feb. 27 in Hampton.

Ryan VW Parenteau, 43, of White Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of pushing a corrections officer in the face at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on April 14.

Courtney Allan Perri, 41, of Barbara Avenue in Salem, on failure to register as a sex offender and two possession of child sexual abuse image charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to change his employment status with Salem police on March 23. Perri was accused of possessing .mp4 and .webm files on Sept. 29, 2025, in Salem.

Roger Raymond Ploof II, 58, of Sheffield Street in Windham, on an extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charge. He was accused of pushing the hand of a corporal with the Windham Police Department away on May 3, 2025.

Daniel Ernest Prosper, 28, of no fixed address in Rochester, on theft by unauthorized taking, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing and retaining prepaid phones from Walmart in Newington on May 21, 2025, and purported to own them while exchanging them at an EcoATM Kiosk for cash. Twice before, according to the indictments, Prosper was convicted on theft charges.

Charlotte Anne Rankin, 48, of Pearl Street in Newport, on theft by unauthorized taking-committed while on release and possession of crack cocaine-while on release charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Salem on March 17. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft and drug charges. Rankin was also out on bail at the time.

Daniel J. Riccio, 85, of Golen Drive in Londonderry, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence. He was accused of blocking the nose and-or mouth of an intimate partner with a pillow on April 8 in Londonderry.
