Boston Men Indicted On Salem Drug Dealing Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Update
Plus: Raymond man accused of threatening repo man with a gun; Dover man, with several priors, indicted on Portsmouth stolen copper charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Steven Morin, 56, of County Farm Road in Dover on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining copper downspouts, owned by another person, that he probably knew had been stolen on Dec. 2, 2022, in Portsmouth.
Michael Kenneth Motta Jr., 27, of Linlew Drive in Derry on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 in damage to a pickup truck in Derry on July 22, 2022.

Densy S. De Leon Nunez, 22, of Huntington Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of selling fentanyl to a cooperating individual working with the Salem police on Sept. 29, and Oct. 6, 2022, and driving at a high rate of speed in the parking lots of the Mall at Rockingham Park, Market Basket, Sierra, and the Villas at Tuscan Village, jumping a curb, putting pedestrians in danger on Oct. 6, 2022. Also indicted was Ismauri De Leon Nunez, 20, of Huntington Avenue in Boston, MA, on an accomplice sale of a controlled drug charge.
Jan Carlos Ortiz, 36, of Lawrence Street in Hampstead on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing cosmetics, with the intent to resell or distribute them, from CVS in Londonderry on March 11, 2022.

Harold Richard Parker, 59, of Mooers Road in Raymond on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing another person in fear of injury by brandishing a pistol during the repossession of a vehicle in Raymond on Nov. 20, 2022.
Elisha M. Payne, 32, of D Street in Nashua on two accomplice burglary charges. She was accused of working in concert with Charles Corcoran to enter into two storage units in Salem between Aug. 16, and Aug. 17, 2022.
Corey R. Philbrick, 35, of Ashbrook Drive in Hampton on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of pushing a woman on May 10, 2020, in Hampton, causing a vertebral compression fracture.
Devin Shawn Riley, 29, of Mill Lane in Hampton Falls on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of fracturing the finger of an intimate partner, twisting her finger, lifting her leg causing her to fall to the ground, and twisting her arm on Jan. 14 in Hampton Falls
