Nashua Woman Indicted On Cocaine Dealing Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man accused of cutting, strangling child; Hudson man indicted on gun threat charge; East Boston woman faces drunken boating accident charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Anthony Monbleau, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Bissell vacuum, a Dyson fan, and a JW Dual home charger from Target in Nashua on Dec. 23, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before, in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2011 and Nashua District Court in February 2012.
Alex Morse, 27, of Daw Street in Hudson on domestic violence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of cocking a firearm in the presence of a family member during an argument on Nov. 26, 2022, in Hudson.

Elisha Payne, 32, of Summer Street in Nashua on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Charles Corcoran to enter a unit at Storage Sense Storage on Brady Drive in Hudson on Aug. 20, 2022, being leased by another person.
Ivonne Mejia Pena, 32, of Paris Street in East Boston, Massachusetts, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of recklessly driving a 2011 Seadoo RXT 260 while intoxicated on Long Pond in Pelham, causing a crash with another boat and injuries on July 24, 2022. Indalecio Mendez-Ramirez, 24, of Houde Street in Nashua on criminal threatening-domestic violence and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling, cutting, and holding a knife while threatening to kill a child on Dec. 26, 2022, in Nashua.
Julio Rivera, 27, of Mendon Street in Worcester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of selling custom tables for $1,933.77 on April 1, 2022, in Nashua but never delivering them to the victim.
Myra Rose, 52, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges. She was accused of possessing and-or dispensing the drug on Oct. 27, Oct. 31, Nov. 3, and Nov. 10, in Nashua, including on three occasions to an individual working with the Nashua Police Department. Amelia Roy, 34, of Porter Avenue in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 23, 2022, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2022.
