Derry Felon Indicted On Weapon, Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Thief faces drug, theft charges; Seabrook woman accused of burglary, theft; elderly Farmington man indicted on Portsmouth drug charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Briana Marie Julia Gammon, 36, of Myrtle Street in Rochester on possession of methamphetamine and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s in Greenland and possessing the drug on April 18, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges. Previously, according to the indictment, Gammon was also convicted on a drug charge.

Brittany Lynn Gardner, 24, of Dash Avenue in Media, Pennsylvania, on theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another and withdrawing $4,500 from Cambridge Trust in North Hampton on Feb. 4, 2023.

Charlie Antoinette Greene, 48, of Portsmouth Avenue in Seabrook on burglary and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of burglarizing a home on Quaker Lane in Seabrook on Jan. 10 and removing money and cashier’s checks from the home valued at more than $1,500.

Brian John Heselton Jr., 37, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was acting in concert with Philip Pergola and Frank Merrell to retain more than $1,500 in stolen merchandise from Home Depot in Seabrook on Dec. 6, 2023, according to the indictment.

Devin L. McGillicuddy, 28, of U.S. Route 3 in North Stratford on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Windham on July 31, 2023.

Kayla Faigh Miner, 33, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing items from the Nike store in Salem on Oct. 19 and Oct. 21, 2023, and attempting to steal more items on Nov. 8, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Gregory Edward Nathan, 46, of Park Street in Portland, Maine, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Best Buy in Newington on June 24, 2023.

Brendan John Nelson, 24, of Fairway Drive in Derry on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of brandishing a knife during an altercation and pointing it the neck of another person on Jan. 12 in Derry. Nelson is a felon due to a sale of a controlled drug charge from August 2023 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Richard Parker, 70, of Main Street in Farmington on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on April 19, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Bruce Allen Pickering Jr., 43, of Adrien Circle in Rochester on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charge, both felonies, on Nov. 29, 2023, in Newington.
