Pair Face More Charges In Concord Gas Station Robbery, Kidnapping Case: Police Log
Woman arrested on felony habitual offender charge; man from Maine arrested on Walmart theft charge; bench warrant and revocation arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Frankie Joseph Turner, 36, of Center Barnstead received a summons at 5:10 p.m. on May 8, 2024, on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge and an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation in the Legislative Parking Garage at 126 Storrs St.
Paul B. Blanche, born 1967, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:14 a.m. on May 8 after an incident or investigation on Maple Street.
Joshua S. Colby, 26, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on May 7 on felony possession of a controlled drug and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He also had an active bench warrant. Colby was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive. The case, according to the Merrimack County Superior Court, has been boundover from district court. Colby was held on preventative detention and is due back in court for a dispositional conference on Aug. 22. He was also charged with felony possession of a controlled drug in April and that charge, too, has been boundover from district court to superior court.

Luke Thomas McLintick, 28, of Victory, Vermont, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on May 7 on three robbery counts as well as kidnapping, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of fentanyl charges. John Matthew Donnell, 35, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on May 7 on two robbery counts as well as kidnapping, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of fentanyl charges. They were arrested after an incident at the Shell gas station at 24 Loudon Road. Originally, Donnell was charged with two counts of robbery and kidnapping, while McClintick was charged with accomplice to robbery charge. According to superior court filings, the charges against Donnell have been boundover from district court. After a bail order hearing on May 14, he was held on preventative detention. Donnell is back in court on Aug. 22 for a dispositional conference hearing. Gregory Edward Nathan, 46, of Portland, Maine, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on May 7 on driving after revocation or suspension and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Maurice D. Hanks, 45, of Manchester received a summons at 10:15 a.m. on May 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.
Daniel J. Leblanc, born 1997, of Nashua received a summons at 8:33 a.m. on May 7 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident or investigation on Mountain Road.
Alexander Pierre, born 2000, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 2:12 a.m. on May 7 and a license required penalty after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.
Tonya M. Luba, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on May 7 on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation at 76 Fort Eddy Road.
Brittany L. Taylor, 33, of Union Street in Deering was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on April 26 on simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Thompson Street and Concord Hospital on 250 Pleasant St.
