Derry, Manchester Men Charged With Stalking: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeremy Brown, born in 1975, of Thornton, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on April 7, 2025, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Pizzeria Uno’s at 15 Fort Eddy Road.

Jayden Akroyd, 22, of Derry, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on April 6 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Diane E. Fowke, born in 1952, received a summons at 11:18 a.m. on April 5 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Hunter Velicky, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on April 4 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Robert W. Lafrenier, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on April 3 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

James Christopher Rooney, born in 1977, of Greenland, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. on April 3 on theft of services-$1,500-plus and two issuing bad checks-$1,501-plus or two prior convictions charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Brine Team Sports at 276 N. State St.

Katharine S. Taylor, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on April 2 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Community Bridges at Pembroke Road.

Janet Meg Thomas, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on April 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at Parkview Place on Loudon Road.

Scott R. Hall, born in 1993, of Penacook, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on March 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as tail lamp and reflectors violation after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Ronald G. Betts, born in 1983, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on March 30 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive. Betts was arrested again at 7:29 a.m. on March 31 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive.

Michael B. Tower, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on March 28 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Emily Ann George, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on March 28 on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and second-degree assault-strangulation charges. She was arrested after an incident in the Rundlett Middle School-Conant Street area of the city.
