Seabrook Man Indicted On Attempted Manufacture Of Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Court
Dominican drug dealer faces 10 Salem drug sale indictments; Derry felon indicted on weapon charge; MA residents indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Cesar A. Abad Jr., 48, of Museum Square in Lawerence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He worked in concert with Amanda Sargent or by himself to steal more than $1,500 in merchandise from Home Depot, according to the indictment.
Angel David Aybar Carmona, 29, a Dominican national, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on 10 felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Feb. 15, Feb. 27, March 7, March 19, April 2, and April 9, 2024, in Salem. A Dominican national, he was previously convicted on drug distribution and possession charges in Massachusetts in 2021.

Shawn Jordan Bateman, 32, of Lang Road in Deerfield, on possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, and possession of cocaine, all felonies, on June 22, 2024, in Epping.
John Patrick Bauer Jr., 43, of Otter Brook Circle in Rochester, on possession of amphetamine and possession of crack cocaine on July 4, 2024, in Stratham, and two possession of meth charges, July 4, 2024, in Stratham and in Brentwood on Aug. 15, 2024, all felonies, as well as a delivery of prohibited article charge. He was also accused of possessing meth at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Aug. 15, 2024.

Steven Aaron Bergeron, 36, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett, on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 125 in Kingston on June 12, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kelani A. Castellez, 37, of Range Road in Belmont, on attempted theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another to cash an altered check at TD Bank in Hampton for $1,700 on Feb. 21, 2024.
Seth Coleman, 50, of Walton Road in Seabrook, on manufacture of child sexual abuse images and four attempted manufacture of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He placed a hidden camera in a bathroom, across from a shower, knowing a child would be nude or partially nude, cleaning themselves, having sex with another person, or pleasuring themselves on Sept. 17, Sept. 21, Oct. 21, and Oct. 22, 2022, in Seabrook, according to the indictments. Coleman was also accused of secretly placing a hidden camera in the bedroom of a child in Seabrook for the same purpose on Oct. 6, 2023.
Dana Richard Collins, 43, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of meth count on July 7, 2024, in Londonderry.
Theresa Rose Copello, 30, of Coles Grove Road in Derry, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and removing a bag containing a glass pipe from a vehicle by throwing it out a window on Aug. 19, 2024. Copello is a felon due to a meth possession conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in December 2023.
Thomas Michael Depelteau, 22, of Damren Road in Derry, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed while fleeing from police and placing other motorists in danger in Derry on Sept. 9, 2024.
Nicholas James DiPhillipo, 30, of Elsmere Avenue in Methuen, MA, on habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and-or heroin. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Lawrence Road in Salem on Sept. 26, 2024. DiPhillipo was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Julio David Florentino, 68, of South Broadway in Lawerence, MA, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving in the wrong direction on Interstate 93 in Salem on Aug. 17, 2024.
Laurie A. Francis, 48, of Main Street in North Reading, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and bail jumping charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing items from Macy’s in Salem on March 23, 2024. Twice before, Francis has been convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment. She was also accused of failing to appear in Salem District Court on June 3, 2024, on two willful concealment charges while on bail.
