CONCORD, NH — Valerie E. Fredette, 40, a homeless woman now located in Concord, received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on May 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Horseshoe Pond Place at 26 Commercial St. She received another summons at 11:53 a.m. on June 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Benjamin B. Berry, 30, of Concord was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on June 20 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street underneath the Loudon Road Bridge. Berry also received a summons at 8 a.m. on June 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at TJMaxx at 12 Loudon Road.

Daniel W. Broussard, 37, of Concord was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on June 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on South Street.

Timothy Joe Burnett, 38, of Concord was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on June 15 on a bench warrant and a criminal mischief charge. The bench warrant was connected to an incident or investigation on the northbound side of Interstate 93 at the liquor store rest area. The mischief charge was after an incident or investigation on South Spring Street.

Jayden Akroyd, 22, of Concord was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on June 13 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Hangjian Wang, 37, of Phillips Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on June 4 on a felony theft by deception resale distribution charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jenna Lyn Patterson, 38, of Concord was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on June 3 on a license required; penalty violation after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

William Slocum, 37, of Concord was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on May 30 on a felony sex offender; failure to comply-knowingly-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

William Hubicki, born 1959, of Contoocook was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on May 28 on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 165 Loudon Road.

Shaun Danny McCall, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. on May 20 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at 171 N. Main St. He was arrested again at 3:10 p.m. on May 25 on a criminal trespass charge. Police were sent to Storrs Street for a report from a security staffer with the Storrs Street complex that McCall, who was trespassed from the property, was sitting in the walking area of Sal’s Pizza in violation of the trespass order, an affidavit said. The officer found McCall smoking a cigarette outside of the Rent-A-Center and confirmed he was trespassed from the property on March 26, the report stated. The officer accused McCall of “slurring his speech” while talking and said he appeared “impaired to a point that he could not take care of himself.” He was then arrested on a trespass charge. McCall was accused of yelling at the reporting officer and a second officer, saying he wanted to go to jail. When asked if he would cooperate during booking by a sergeant who also came to the scene, McCall said, No, and then added that he wanted to go to jail. The reporting officer asked if he wanted to speak to a bail commissioner and McCall said, “Go f--- yourself,” the report stated. So, the sergeant took him to jail.

Rebekah M. Padua, 28, of Barnstead was arrested at 1:02 p.m. on May 24 on possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, both felonies, after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Mathew D. Tupman, born 1979, of Concord was received a summons at 9:26 p.m. on May 23 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Prince Street.

Maria A. Youngman, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 6:45 p.m. on May 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Joanna Aho, born 2000, of Ashland received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on May 22 on three simple assault charges after an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Ryan Gilfillan, 43, of Concord was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on May 22 on a warrant after an investigation or incident at Rolfe Park in Penacook.

Zakkary Dale Stewart, born 1990, of Manchester was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on April 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
