Barnstead Thief With Priors Faces New Charges After Incident At Concord Target: Cop Log
Perp with active drug warrants arrested after fleeing into Healy Memorial Park; Boscawen, Derry residents arrested on stalking charges.

CONCORD, NH — Rebekah M. Padua, 29, of Barnstead, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on March 19, 2025, on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
Francois Niyibigira, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on March 18 on an operating without a license charge and an unregistered vehicle violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Morning Star Condominiums at 179 Loudon Road.
Gennie L. Johnson, born in 1957, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on March 17 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Public Library at 45 Green St.

Vincent S. Cormier, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on March 16 on three warrants and two resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an officer saw him underneath the Interstate 93 bridge at Exit 13 and knew he had an active warrant. Upon seeing the police cruiser, Cormier was accused of fleeing the scene, running into the Healy Memorial Park homeless camps, according to scanner chatter. Several officers were sent to the scene, set up teams on both ends of the camp, and eventually were able to find Cormier and detain him. Cormier failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Belknap County Superior Court in December 2024 on a drug possession charge from February 2024. A warrant was also issued for Cormier’s arrest in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2024 on a drug possession charge out of Concord from April 2024. On March 18, he pleaded guilty to the charge and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, with two years of probation, as well as a $620 fine which was suspended for three years.
Wendy O. Batchelder, 51, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on March 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges as well as two bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the KFC at 18 Hall St.

Jayden Akroyd, 22, of Derry, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on Feb. 27 on stalking and breach of bail charges as well as an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street in the Fosterville neighborhood.
Vincent Allen Mott, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 27 on attempted murder, first-degree assault with a firearm, second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree assault-extreme indifference, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, felonious use of a firearm, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident in Healy Memorial Park. Zuleika Rohena, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Feb. 27 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Genesis Eldercare/Pleasant View Retirement at 239 Pleasant St.
Todd Edward Spataro, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a felony bail jumping charge. Jeffrey R. Vachon, 61, of Bradford, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 Fort Eddy Road.
Jillian M. Buss, 40, of Boscawen, received a summons at 3:22 p.m. on Feb. 26 on an operating without a valid license charge as well as a traffic control device violation after an incident or investigation on South Commercial Street.
Sebastian D. Rainie, 35, received a summons at 2:29 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a bench warrant. He was charge after an incident or investigation at the FedEx location at 10 Fort Eddy Road.
Gary Brian Mercer Jr., 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:09 a.m. on Feb. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Sarah Elizabeth Pacheco, born in 1983, of Concord. She also had an active bench warrant. They were arrested at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 101 Loudon Road.
