Londonderry Man Indicted On Drunken Driving Crash Charge: Roundup
Derry man accused of stealing money from eatery; Lowell man indicted for tagging shops in Salem; Portsmouth thief indicted on new charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Christopher M. Amari, 29, with a last known address of Magnolia Lane in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 from the cash register at Amphora Restaurant in Derry between Oct. 24 and Nov. 6, 2022.
Joshua Atwood, 35, of Beech Street in Bristol on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Londonderry on Oct. 8, 2023.

Jonathan Manuel Baez, 31, of Hildreth Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging property by spray painting “DR,” “Doctor Thirty,” and other related symbols on several stores in Salem between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14, 2022.
John Patrick Bauer Jr., 42, of Otter Brook Circle in Rochester on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Nov. 19, 2023, in Exeter.

Tyler Robert Blanchard, 37, of Elk Run Road in Hudson on three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, methamphetamine, alprazolam, amphetamine and-or dextroamphetamine, accomplice receiving stolen property, and accomplice to theft by deception, all felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with or was aided by Amelia Elizabeth Roy and Tammy Pratt to steal coins and sell them to Derry Coin on June 12, 2023. The drug charges stemmed from an incident in Londonderry on Aug. 28, 2023.
Aaron Cooper Bond, 25, of Central Square in Nashua on three felony possession of a controlled drug charges, crack cocaine, meth, and a fentanyl and cocaine mix, on Aug. 24, 2023, in Londonderry.
Justin Adam McGrail, 42, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of using a U-Haul company credit card to obtain non-business purchases and property from Home Depot between Jan. 1 and May 25, 2023, in Salem.
Oan R. McGrath, 24, of Danbury Court in Londonderry on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving under the influence and causing a collision with injury on Litchfield Road in Londonderry on March 11, 2023.
Dante Stephan McKenney, 22, of Milton Road in Rochester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the head and-or face multiple times, resulting in fractures and injuries, between June 30 and July 1, 2023, in Portsmouth.
Michael McManus, 44, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Nashua Road in Londonderry on July 4, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Robert Thomas McQuaid Jr., 37, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Portsmouth on Nov. 20, 2022. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment.
Yeyson Mejia, 33, of Andover Street in Lawrence on a felony receiving stolen property and credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of retaining another person’s Amex card that he knew or probably knew had been stolen on July 1, 2023, in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft-related charges in Rockingham County.
Anibal J. Mendez De La Cruz, 21, of O Malley Street in Manchester on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner three times in Londonderry on July 10, 2023.
