Manchester Man Indicted On Salem Statutory Rape Charge: County Superior Court Roundup
Sandown man indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; man accused of dispensing fentanyl cocaine; Portsmouth man faces assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Cote Tyler Colby, 27, of Redfield Circle in Derry on possession of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, on April 17 in Derry.
Nicholas James Collins, 35, of Wilson Road in Portsmouth on tampering with witnesses and informants and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of kicking and punching another person, resulting in injury, on Nov. 14, 2022, in Portsmouth, in retaliation due to that person calling the police as a witness or informant.

Regan Chase Corbett, 20, of North Road in Sandown on six possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing .jpgs and an .avi file in Sandown on June 1, July 20, and Dec. 18, 2021.
Diangelo A. Cruz Rivera, 21, of 14th Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on attempted felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of suggesting he would like to have sex with a woman while incarcerated at the Rockingham County Jail on June 25, 2022, and coercing the woman to pleasure herself while he watched on June 28 at the Rockingham County Jail.

Wellington Andres De La Cruz Montero, 23, of Auburn Street in Manchester on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of the statutory rape of a teenage girl in Salem on March 14, 2022.
Benjamin Raymond Dentino, 19, of Blake Road in Epping on possession of buprenorphine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Hampton on March 2.
Thomas M. Depelteau, 21, of Damren Road in Derry on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering the Quick Mart on North Main Street in Derry on March 29 to commit theft.
Mandi Lee Desroches, 40, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook on possession of clonazepam and possession of methylphenidate charges, both felonies, on Sept. 16, 2022, in Seabrook.
Melissa Duffy, 43, of Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of deleting several emails in an attempt to impair an investigation in Newmarket on July 27, 2021.
