Hampton Man Indicted On Meth Sales Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Kittery man indicted in ATM theft, arson charges; Dover man accused of retaining stolen vehicles; Mass. man indicted for strangulation.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
James M. Cahill Jr., 36, of Cherry Lane in Kittery, Maine, on falsifying physical evidence, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy to commit arson, theft by unauthorized taking, and conspiracy to commit theft charges, all felonies. He was accused of agreeing with Joshua Cahill and Morgan Baker (Cahill) to force open a Northeast Credit Union ATM in Portsmouth to steal money and torching vehicles to create a diversion on Sept. 6, 2022, according to the indictment.
Ryan David Coombs, 28, of Rain Pond Place in Dover on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2022 CanAm 1000 side by side and a 2020 Honda CRF 125 dirt bike that he knew or believed had been stolen on Jan. 31 in Derry.

Charles Corcoran, 37, of Westminster Lane in Strafford, Virginia, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen Yamaha YZFR1 motorcycle in Salem on Aug. 24, 2022.
Patrick Gerard Cormier, 58, of South Road in Deerfield on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Stage Road in Deerfield on Nov. 4, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ryan M. Cormier, 34, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton on possession of meth with intent to distribute and three sales of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling the drugs in Stratham to a confidential informant acting at the direction of the Rockingham County Drug Task Force on Sept. 20, Sept. 28, and Oct. 12, 2022, and possessing the drug to dispense on Oct. 20, 2022, in Stratham.
Malkyraah M. Cornwell, 25, of Pine Street in Providence, Rhode Island, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Tinia Jackson and two others to steal items from Ulta Beauty in Seabrook on June 28, 2022.
Benjamin Raymond Dentino, 19, of Towle Farm Road in Hampton on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton on March 2 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Eric Devine, 44, of Howe Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family member in Derry on July 12, 2022.
