Concord Woman Arrested On Another Drunken Driving Charge: Police

Concord man, with active theft case, arrested on another charge; woman arrested on false report, other charges; teen cited for tobacco use.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Lee Faulkner, 33, of Concord was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2021, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He has an active drug case out of Tilton in Belknap County Superior Court and a theft and forgery case out of Merrimack in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Faulkner was convicted on a drug charge out of Concord in October 2020 and now, is being accused of violation of probation on that case. He is due back in court on March 29.

Joshua Aaron Harwood, 38, of Manchester was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on Feb. 4 on three counts of prostitution, two counts of manufacture child sexual abuse images, child sex abuse image, and endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested after an incident at Concord High School. Harwood has a dispositional conference on April 19.

Justin Gardner Martin, 34, of Concord was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Feb. 3 on false report to law enforcement, disobeying an officer, operating without a valid license, and unregistered motor vehicle charges after an incident on Water Street.

Dustin Reginald Grover, born 2001, of Boscawen received a summons at 2:41 p.m. on Feb. 1 on a possess or use tobacco product by a minor charge after an incident on Beede Drive.

Richard Frances Kuchinsky, 51, of Concord received a summons at 10:40 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a deal-possession prescription drugs charge. He was arrested after an incident at 45 Chenell Drive. Kuchinsky has active charges in superior court.

Julia S. Wagner, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on Perley Street.

Daniel C. Stevens, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 8:15 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Mark J. Sayers, born 1954, of Roslindale, Massachusetts, received a summons at 12:51 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Richard A. Stebbins, 45, of Concord was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Jan. 25 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Irving on Fisherville Road. Stebbins has active felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and violation of protective order cases out of Pembroke in superior court.
