Teen Indicted On Murder, Other Charges In Hillsborough Court
Plus, alleged father-son crack dealers from Nashua indicted plus Bay State, Michigan, and Pennsylvania residents indicted on drug charges.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
George H. Degraan, 43, pictured lower right, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug allegedly on March 16, 2017, in Nashua.
Christian Dominguez, 18, incarcerated in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for attempted murder, first-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On Nov. 16, 2016, in Nashua he allegedly shot a man with a firearm and hid a shell casing to impede a police investigation. At the time of the incident, according to court records, Dominguez was a minor.

Toni Flaherty, 45, pictured lower left, of Ash Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on March 1, and March 2, 2017, on Ash Street in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of a drug offense.

Gerard Flynn, 25, pictured lower middle, of Fairmont Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of forgery allegedly on Jan. 21, and Jan. 23, 2017, in Hudson while drawing on the account of another person.
Zachary Frost, 24, of West Mitchell Street in Gaylord, MI, on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alprazolam, Clonazepam, Zolpedem Tartrate, Gabapetin allegedly on Oct. 10, 2016, in Nashua.
Crystal Gately, 29, of Summit Street in Woburn, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on May 4, 2017, in Nashua.
Jay Gladstone, 59, pictured upper left, of an unknown address, on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on Jan. 4, Feb. 10, Feb. 15, Feb. 17, Feb. 28, 2017, in Nashua.
Travis Gladstone, 22, pictured upper middle, of Ash Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on March 1, March 2, March 3, and March 6, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug charge.
Joseph Hall, 29, of Silver Street in Manchester, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and habitual offender. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 3, 2017, in Nashua.
Richard Harris, 49, of First Street in McClellandtown, PA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on April 9, 2017, in Nashua.
Edwin Hernandez, 39, pictured left middle, of Main Street in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence – allegedly swallowing crack cocaine to impend a police investigation – on April 24, 2017, in Nashua.
Tyler Hughes, 27, pictured upper right, of Speare Road in Hudson, for theft and three counts of forgery, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in August 2016, in Hudson, involving checks with Citizens Bank and the theft of 17 checks between April and September 2016, in Hudson.
