CONCORD, NH — Joshua M. Gagnon, born 1993, of Concord received a summons at 2:34 a.m. on July 12, 2024, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation underneath the Interstate 303 bridge.

Brian J. Heselton, 37, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on July 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. In late December 2023, an officer was sent to the NY Smoke and Vape Shop on Loudon Road for a past tense theft. The store manager stated a $100 glass bong had been stolen the day before. The owner of the store told the officer one man came in and was browsing. A second man then came in and appeared to be distracting him. The first man grabbed a bong off a counter and left the store while the second man purchased a few items, the report said. The man with the bong got into a Toyota SUV with a New Hampshire registration. The officer took a description of the man, looked up the license plate, and found it was connected to an elderly woman. The officer spoke to the woman and she said her daughter had used the SUV that day. The woman also accused her daughter of “hanging out” with Heselton and he used the vehicle sometimes, too, the affidavit said. The officer compared the security video stills to Heselton’s booking photo and said they matched, the report stated. A check by the officer found Heselton was a suspect in “multiple thefts at various smoke shops across NH,” the officer wrote. He also previously was convicted on two prior thefts in March 2022 and April 2022 in Hillsborough County. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Jan. 28.

Savannah Alison Reed Gauthier, born 2000, of Laconia received a summons at 5:45 p.m. on July 10 on a disorderly conduct charge. Also charged was Eric Michael Taylor Jr., born 2001, of Laconia on a disorderly conduct charge. They were cited after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook.
