CONCORD, NH — Vanessa Ann Governo, born in 1972, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on Jan. 25, 2026, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Ava Maricella Martinez, born in 2006, of Loudon, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 24 after an investigation or incident at Taco Bell at 321 Loudon Road.

David Walker, born in 1983, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Jan. 23 on a driving under the influence charge and a license required; penalty violation after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Gary Alan Craycraft, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Jan. 22 on possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges after an investigation or incident at Popeye’s at 304 Loudon Road and a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the McKenna house at 100 S. Fruit St.

Omar Hutchinson, born in 1992, of Franklin, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Joseph Richard Hall, born in 1988, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on Jan. 20 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges, after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
