MA Woman Indicted On Negligent Homicide, Reckless Conduct Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Men indicted on sexual assault charges; thieves charged again; LEGOS reported stolen in Salem; felon indicted on North Hampton gun charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Meaghan Siobhan Eaton, 43, of Bigs Lane in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of removing property from The Paper Store in Seabrook on Dec. 3, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.
Adam Joseph Giallanella, 35, a homeless man now located in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Derry on Oct. 12, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

David Burton Gile, 39, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Londonderry on June 16, 2023.
Edmund Glover, 32, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on felon in possession of a deadly weapon-metallic knuckles, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. In Epping, on Aug. 17, 2023, he was accused of possessing the drugs and knuckles and tried to conceal a scale and a tray in his hand to impair an investigation. Glover was previously convicted of intent to distribute in Lawrence MA District Court in July 2021.

Kyle Edward Gonyea, 34, of Devens Street in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing LEGO sets from Target in Salem on Dec. 14, 2023.
Sara Jane Grams, 31, of West Meadow Road in Haverhill, MA, on negligent homicide and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. She was driving in Salem while using a cellphone, crossed over a double yellow line, and struck a vehicle which then struck a motorcycle on Aug. 22, 2023, according to the indictment. The rider, Austin Willette, of Methuen, MA, died later.
Michael Daniel Greene, 24, of Newbury Street in Auburn, Maine, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a Hi-Point 9 mm pistol on Nov. 27, 2023, in North Hampton. Greene is a felon due to a domestic violence assault conviction in February 2022 in Androscoggin Criminal Court in Maine.
Cambrin Alexandria Gurney, 24, of Main Street in Van Buren, ME, on felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking and false report to law enforcement. She was accused of attempting to steal items from Walmart in Salem on Nov. 1, 2023, after being convicted twice before and giving an officer a false name (“Hannah Jordan”) and birth date.
Victoria Lynn Gutro, 33, of Green Road in Raymond on four felony possession of a controlled drug charges, a meth-MDMA mix, MDMA, fentanyl, and cocaine, in Epping on Aug. 17, 2023.
Morris Matthias Guy, 41, of Woodland Road in Revere, MA, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of having sexual intercourse with a person who was physically helpless to resist on Aug. 10, 2021, in Hampton.
Carlon R. Guyette, 43, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of touching a child in a sexual manner between Jan. 1, 2016, and Jan. 1, 2018, in Derry.
