WESTFIELD, NJ —Two ice cream shops are coming to Downtown Westfield — one for humans and one for dogs.

Salty Paws, a national chain of doggie ice cream bars, will be replacing Omaha Steaks location at 131 East Broad St. (which the dogs would have enjoyed too), Westfield Mayor Shelley Brindle said on Friday.

She also noted, "For the ice cream lovers, we will soon welcome Surreal Creamery to the space that was previously Midtown Authentic on East Broad."
