Did you know that February is Dental Health month? The first graders at Fairfield do! This month in class, the children learned about the parts of the teeth, how to take care of them, and wrote creative stories featuring teeth!
They even “Cracked the Code” of a puzzle by completing math equations to help them reveal the answer to: What did the dentist see at the North Pole? Answer: A Molar Bear!
Dr. DeLuccia, a local family dentist and parent of two of our Fairfield students, came to school and gave an interesting presentation on dental health! Now we all know how to keep our teeth healthy and pearly white!
