Fox News' Bill O'Reilly Accused of Assaulting Wife in Front of Daughter at Long Island Home
Alleged assault reportedly occurred in 2010.

Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly recently ended a three-year custody battle with his ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy and now details have surfaced that O’Reilly is accused of physically assaulting McPhilmy in their Manhasset home, according to a new Gawker report.
The publication reports that O’Reilly’s now 16-year-old daughter claimed to see her father drag McPhilmy down a staircase by her neck at some point before the couple separated in April 2010.
McPhilmy was granted custody of the couple’s two minor children three weeks ago in Nassau County Supreme Court, according to Gawker.
