Narcan Used to Revive 3 Overdose Victims at Lake Ronkonkoma Home
Police and Ronkonkoma Fire Department members rescue three people Monday afternoon.

Three people who were found unconscious from a drug overdose inside a Lake Ronkonkoma home Monday afternoon were revived with the powerful antidote Narcan, police said.
Police officers Daniel Sable, David Vlacich and Vincent Liberato responded to a 911 call at about 4:15 p.m. to a home on Kirby Lane, where they found a 39-year-old woman, a 43-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man unconscious in an upstairs bedroom.
The officers, along with members of Ronkonkoma Fire Department, carried the victims out of the house. Ronkonkoma Fire Department medic Joseph Rosadio administered intranasal Narcan and the victims regained consciousness one-by-one over a 20-minute period.

The three victims were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where they were in stable condition.
Police did not say what drug the trio overdosed on, but Narcan is generally used on heroin overdose victims.
