• Unconscious woman transported from Kitty Hawk 7-11 to Outer Banks Hospital (outerbanksvoice.com) — Emergency responders from Kitty Hawk and neighboring departments rushed Wednesday morning to the 7-11 on North Croatan Highway, where an off-duty officer began CPR on an unconscious woman before she was taken to Outer Banks Hospital. Her condition has not been released yet, but officials confirm multiple agencies coordinated the response and say more information will be shared when available.
