Second Presidential Debate: Who Won — Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton — 5 Blistering Moments and More

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton battled hard during Sunday night's debate, plus more from today's news.

Donald Trump threatened to jail Hillary Clinton, threw Mike Pence under the bus on Syria and admitted to not paying federal income taxes during Sunday night's presidential town hall debate in St. Louis. Yet, the Republican presidential nominee walked away with relatively high marks, in part because the expectations of him were so low following an awful 48 hours marred by a 2005 video in which he boasted of being able to grope women as he pleases because he's a "star."

For her part, Clinton kept a steady hand — and landed a couple of punches — which is likely enough to keep her on top of the polls by a decent margin. That doesn't mean, however, that Trump will not do everything in his power to make her life a living hell for the next 28 days until Election Day.
